Suji ke Golgappe

Hello  foodies

Today I made everyone's favorite Suji Ke GolGappe

It is very famous Indian street food and is the fovorite one for almost every women in the country.In some cities it is known as Puchka ,somewhere it is known pani puri and also pani ke batashe. In english is is called as Water balls.

GolGappa is a mouth watering dish filled with many kind of water as per choice.Some people love its Teekha taste while some like meetha.It's water is basically some kind of tangy and spicy.

So friends Today I am going to share you the recipe of Suji ke GolGappe.

Its very simple.So here are the ingredients list:-

 Suji :  500 gm
Salt   :1/2 tsp
Water : 1 Cup Hot
Baking Powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil : for frying
Cutter : oval shape/round shape

Procedure :

Now we have to take a bowl a wet cloth and mix all the ingredients together and need to add little water for making a tight dough.Now keep the dough aside for around 20 minutes.Remember to cover it by a wet cloth.

Now again knead the dough till it get little soft after then take the roller pin and roll into thin and round shape.

If you have any oval shape cutter then take it and cut it into pieces with the help of that cutter or you can take any little round shape cutter or any small size cap for making pani puris.

Cover all the puris with a wet cotton cloth.

Take a pan or kadahi and put oil it.Now switch on the gas and let the oil hot completely on medium flame.Now fry the puri one by one.

Puris are ready now.
