Spicy Zucchini Masala Recipe Indian Style :

Today we are going to make Spicy Zucchini Masala Recipe Indian Style.

This is the list we need to make Zucchini ki Sabji

Zucchini : 3 small/2 medium size
Onion : 1 medium sliced 
Tomato : 2 medium
Green chili : 2 (as per your spice level)
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp


Dry Masala :

Jeera Powder : 1 tsp
Salt : as per taste
Red chili powder : 1 tsp (optional)
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Dhania powder : 1 tbsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tbsp
Sabji Masala : 1/2 tbsp
Amchur Powder : 1 tsp

also we need 

whole Jeera : 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil/Mustard oil/Any oil : 1 big spoon

Method :

Make a paste of tomato,green chili,Ginger and garlic.

Take a pan/Kadai. 
Add oil into it and add jeera. 
Then add sliced onion and fry till it turns into golden brown.
Add fresh tomato paste and add all the spices except garam masala and amchur powder and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes till the oil gets separate from the masala. 
At this point add chopped zucchini in the masala and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for 5 more minutes.
Will check it is cooked or not properly.
Then add garam masala and amchur powder.
will cook for 2 or 3 minutes till it cooked completely.
You will get a nice aroma of all the spices.Zucchini Masala Indian Style is now ready to eat.

At last add fresh chopped coriander leaves and mix well.Serve it hot with Naan/Parantha/Roti.
