What if I ask Do you like Mango Lassi? 
You will say how stupid I am..

Mango Lassi is basically a Punjabi recipe which is a blend of fresh mangoes with yogurt/dahi. This is Kids and adults everyone's favorite drink to order in restaurants.

Punjabi Mango Lassi 
Lassi is an Indian drink which comes with lot of flavors.Some people like sweet  while some love to drink salty flavor of it.Some like thick cream layer on the top of meethi lassi and some like to drink chaas.

It is not even healthy but also delicious drink.If your kid does not like yogurt or mango then just try this Mango Yogurt smoothie.I promise your kid will ask for this yummy drink everyday.

So here we are talking about Mango sweet Lassi which we made with fresh Aam.In off season or if mangoes are not available then you can also use readymade Mango Pulp.


Ingredients:

Fresh Mangoes (1)
Plain Yogurt / Dahi : 1 Cup
Brown Sugar : 3 tbsp
Water : As needed
Ice : 2-3 pieces Optional 

For Garnishing :

Dry Fruits : Almonds,Cashew(finely chopped), raisins

How to make Restaurant Style Mango lassi ?

Take a blender.Add chopped fresh mangoes , fresh dahi and sugar.Now youu can add either water or 2-3 pieces of ice as per your requirement.Then blend all together and make it smooth.

Now take a glass and pour mango yogurt smoothie in the glass.

Now garnish it with chopped almonds and cashews.Then add Raisins or you can add any dry fruit of your own choice in this rich and flavorful smoothie.

Then top it with colorful tooti frooti. Now your sweet Mango Lassi Restaurant style is ready to drink.Serve it chill and enjoy your drink.
